The owner and chef Marco shares his passion for food and wine, a passion passed down from his grandparents Remi and Adriana. His dishes stem from a pursuit of prime ingredients that begins with the soil and ends at the table.

The menu is seasonal and changes based on available produce. Moreno's vegetables are a must-have.

In the dining room, you'll be greeted by Paola's smile. As the owner and head of the dining area, she brings her professionalism, passion, and spontaneity to make you feel welcomed and 'pampered'. She will accompany you and can advise you, from selecting dishes to choosing the right wine, and finally, concluding with our selection of digestifs and spirits.
