Booking Terms and Conditions

Guaranteed Reservations

All reservations made through the website are guaranteed with a valid credit card.
The property reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge the card provided at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 70% of the total reservation amount.
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
In the case of early departure or modification of the stay within the cancellation period, the property may charge up to 70% of the total booked amount.

Payments

The property accepts payments by credit card and authorized electronic payment systems.
If the card provided is found to be invalid, unauthorized, or lacking sufficient funds, the reservation may be canceled without prior notice.

Check-in and Stay

• Check-in time is from 5:00 PM and check-out time is until 10:00 AM.
• The guest acknowledges joint and several liability for all services until all invoices have been fully settled.
• Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms caused by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible.
• Management is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings and valuables, such as money, jewelry, or any other valuable items left in the rooms.
• Complimentary safety deposit boxes, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of use, are available in the rooms.
• Regardless of billing instructions, the guest acknowledges being personally responsible for the payment of all charges incurred on behalf of the guests during the stay.
