Our Vegetable Garden

In Schio we cultivate a family vegetable garden that we tend with care, season after season. Here grow most of the vegetables we bring to the table: we sow them, we wait for them, we harvest them at the right time.

This is why many of our plant-based dishes are born from what nature offers us in that period.

We don't chase year-round availability, but respect the rhythm of the seasons. his means more authentic flavors, fresher ingredients and a cuisine that changes with the land.
